nitrolicious revealed the forever21 heritage1981 fall 2010 collection and i am a bit stoic. it isn’t painfully tacky or cheap-looking, it’s just eh. but those of you who swooned over the j brand skinny ankle-zip cargo pants will be pleased to find their counterpart in this line for, presumably, a fraction of the price.
